Your academy, in their pocket.
Every academy gets its own hub: its own sign in link, its own members, its own content. Players only ever see their own progress. Coaches see the whole squad.

A 45 minute workout players follow at home, then log in under a minute.

Form first, then one spot, then moving, then shooting tired. The coach moves each player up.
Coach cues
One short cue on a workout or a clip. Players see it next time they open the hub.
Shot clips
Players upload a short clip of their shot. Only they and their coach can see it.
Private profiles
Streaks, badges and a shooting chart for each player. No leaderboards, no comparing.
